Lasersko uklanjanje crvenila kože, kuperoze i rozacee
ClearVein™ is a special protocol in which we use a approved FDA laser Dye-DL for a treatment commonly known as PHOTOREJUVENATION. Dye-VL is a very quick, efficient, painless and safe method for removing skin imperfections. During this procedure a laser beam is used to eliminate tiny blood vessels that cause constant redness. Besides that, it simultaneously affects the texture and skin tone, so not only it removes enlarged capillaries, but stimulates multiple forming of elastin and collagen, that makes the skin more resistant to exterior factors, without harming the skin integrity. Pigment spots on the skin break down and the skin gets a lighter tan. Thanks to great results and no time needed for recovering, photorejuvenation has been one of the treatments we have performed the most in the past 13 years.
Method that we use is a patented Dye-VL method, that has the efficiency of standard Dye lasers, with more safety and accessibility of AFT (Advanced Fluorescent Technology). AFT is a advanced version of IPL technology and IPL technology and Alma Laser patent, that provides the best clinical results with significantly less risk for unwanted effects IPL is usually known for. Dye-VL uses controlled wave lengths 500-600nm, that are optimal for pigment absorption, blood hemoglobin in this case.

- Skin redness

PREPARATION
Examination is conducted before the treatment, the area that’s being treated is being photographed, we do a Visioface digital face analysis and we estimate the state of your skin. Based on that, we form a individual plan and protocol of the treatment, as well as parameters, volume and depth of energy that will be used in the treatment.
Signing the form declaring that you have been informed about the Dye-VL procedure is required.
PROCEDURE
This treatment can’t be performed on people suffering from epilepsy, that have an active infection and active herpes, vitiligo, proneness towards producing keloid, are under Roaccutan treatment (or any other photosensitive medication), as well as during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Before the procedure the skin is being thoroughly cleaned and a clear gel is administered on the area that is going to be treated. The contact gel between the skin and the probe with the described cooling system eliminates any unpleasant sensations during the procedure completely.
Dye-VL impulses are applied as short-time light impulses, along with an intensive cooling system that the probe has, making the heat of the light source minimally felt. If the skin is sensitive, we adjust the cooling on the probe, as there is no need for anyone to feel uncomfortable during the retirement.
he light beam absorbes the skin pigment – melanine and blood pigment – hemoglobin. Absorbed energy turns into heat that sticks to walls of tiny blood vessels eliminating them during the process. The pigment stain breaks down into pigment particles that are eliminated in the lymphatic system. Duration of the procedure is 10 minutes for the whole face, or 30 minutes if the neck and neckline are included.
No recovery time is needed after the treatment. Mild redness can be noticed on sensitive skin, but that lasts for a short period of time.
Usually 3-6 treatments are needed repeated every 3-4 weeks. Recommended follow up treatments are once every 6 months or once a year.
In the following weeks the redness of the skin decreases, there are less enlarge capillaries, and the skin doesn’t react to exterior factors as much. Besides the fact that the tan evens out, the skin become softer, finer, smooth, tighter, and the depth of small wrinkles decreases. All of these factors make the skin look fresh and well rested.
